Our Mission
KD Connect's mission is to help Korean manufacturers achieve sustainable results in the world's most demanding industrial environment—the German market—through precise strategy and execution.
We support market entry with experience, not just information, and deliver results, not mere advice.

About the company
KD Connect is a Berlin-based consulting firm specializing in helping Korean manufacturers enter and expand in the German market.
Founded by an engineer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the German automotive and manufacturing industries, KD Connect delivers actionable strategies and practical solutions grounded in real-world experience—not theory or speculation.
KD Connect goes beyond market research and partner introductions. We comprehensively understand German corporate decision-making, buyer expectations, and technical, quality, and certification standards, helping clients effectively communicate their strengths in the German market.
Our core value is integrating the entire process of entering the German market—from strategy development to partnership building, technical communication, and negotiations—into a seamless workflow.
KD Connect is led by an engineer and consultant who has directly solved problems on German manufacturing sites, including BMW, Porsche, Siemens, and Schindler.
During these experiences, I gained hands-on expertise in product development, quality, safety, and supplier evaluation and collaboration.
At Schindler, as a leader in quality and product safety, I directly managed German and European certification processes, ensuring standards are practically applied, not just documented.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and a Master's degree from the Technical University of Berlin (TU Berlin) and I am currently based in Berlin.
I am fluent in Korean, German, English, and Spanish and have a deep understanding of both Korean and German business cultures.
Based on this experience, KD Connect bridges expectations and standards, rather than words.
